Synopsis
At an exclusive drug-rehab clinic, a horde of genetically mutated rats begins killing off patients one by one. As the body count rises, undercover reporter Samantha (Sara Downing) tries to figure out what’s going on before she becomes the next victim. Created in gruesome experiments led by psychiatrist Dr. Winslow (Ron Perlman), the deadly rodents thrive thanks to their considerable intelligence and super strength.

apart of the poorly made rats & the story about the rats, the movie was quite entertaining - because i really like asylum movies.
