a swift answer to the question full of belated ennui "what is culture and civilization needed for?".
i can't even say this was a great film, because it would mean placing it in a series of greats and i feel like this film stands alone, repelling any company,gallery, group portrait or pool of similitudes. perhaps "cult" is the right term, if "cult" means the collective tag for the stranded, unpaired shoes of cinematography
