Mohamed Abderrahman Tazi was born in Fez in Morocco in 1942. A graduate of IDHEC in Paris in 1963, he followed this in 1974-1975 and studied Communication at Syracuse University in the United States. His first feature film in 1981,was “Le Grand Voyage” which was followed by “Badis” in 1989, “In Search of My Husband’s Wife” in 1994 and “Lalla Hobby” in 1997.
