Liar's Moon

Hardworking local jock Jack Duncan (Matt Dillon) falls for Vassar-bound Ginny Peterson (Cindy Fisher). Against the wishes of both families, Jack and Ginny flee their oppressive, East Texas hamlet and elope to Louisiana, where 17-year-olds can marry without parental consent. Complicating matters further, Ginny’s father is a prominent banker in town and was once the high school sweetheart of Jack’s mother. Yvonne De Carlo and Christopher Connelly co-star.
