London Belongs to Me

As a young lad sharing a central London apartment with his mother, bored young Percy Boon (Richard Attenborough) has to find kicks wherever he can. When his quest for fun inadvertently makes him an accomplice to murder, he lands in jail. But he and his mum are loved by their neighbors, who take up a collection to bail Percy out while the real culprits sit in jail! Alastair Sim and Fay Compton also star in this droll British comedy.
