This comedy drama homes in on the Parisian literary scene. A woman (Géraldine Pailhas) is astonished to discover that her partner, a famous publisher (Edouard Baer), is about to release a book about her, written by her former lover (Charles Berling). Devastated, she tries to protect her private life. Through this imbroglio of increasingly complicated relationships, Pascal Bonitzer has fun with the problems his protagonists face in making a clean and definitive break with past loves. —Locarno Film Festival
