hearing all the news regarding this film, many people seems to hate this film.

as for me, i’m quite surprised with how great the film is. it’s hard to understand why almost everybody hates this film. this film gives us many lessons about what’s going on in the world today without being so preachy and without taking sides.

other than giving us a lesson about what’s going on in the world today, lukas moodysson also gives us a lesson at how to craft a cinematography that’s so daring and beautiful at the same time, it could be a poem by itself.

the whole cast in this film, especially michelle williams, acted naturally without being exaggerating. even, the filipino kids acted very well in the film.

bottom line, mammoth is a powerful cinema. a real slap in the face for humanity and capitalism. thank you for making this film, lukas moodysson.
