Meatgrinder

A young country boy, familiar neither with city life nor with real criminal activities, has to serve jail time amongst long time serving delinquents after a drunken threat against a girl. Now he falls victim to the machinery of everyday prison life, the meatgrinder. Again and again the film shows what´s going on inside the prisoners´ heads: sexual fantasies, dreams of childhood, longing for love and tenderness, dreams of power and violence. It´s like the world outside doesn´t exist for them, as they don´t exist for the world outside.
