Synopsis
Takayuki Yamada rises to the challenge to play all the male protagonists in this four story film that will confuse and delight you.
Ovreneli Vreneligare becomes obsessed with Milocrorze (played by Maiko) after meeting her in a park.
Besson Kumagai is a radio DJ host who is brash and obnoxious, insulting the callers to his show.
Tamon time travels to become a one-eyed Ronin and rescue his beloved Yuri (Ann Ishibashi). This third segment is a love tragedy reminiscent of 70s yakuza films.
The film ends with a revisit of the grown up Ovreneli Vreneligare who encounters Milocrorze again.
With picture-book-like fantastic visuals, and a head-spinning narrative and unexpected scene transitions, Milocrorze, A Love Story can best be described as an ingenious live action anime with three interconnecting characters. –Terracotta Far East Film Festival
