When a national men’s magazine puts out a competition for the hottest sorority in the country, the beautiful women of the University of South Beach’s Gamma Gamma Gamma step up — no, clamor — to be in the running. But if freshman girls dying to pledge want to become true Tri-Gams, they’ll have to pass muster with Victoria (Paris Hilton), the sorority’s beautiful — and very blond — president who uses her money and power to her advantage.
