I don't typically enjoy Johny Depp very much, but Jarmusch got some great work out of him in Dead Man.
Nada como uma boa idéia simples recheada com ótimos diálogos entrecortados por uma trilha idem. Menos é mais.
I'm about to watch this tonight (11/17/11). I have mixed feelings about Jarmusch's work. Dead Man and Down By Law being cream of the crop, meanwhile proving nothing with miserable films like Broken Flowers and Limits of Control. Still have several of his to see -- I'm excited for how my opinion on Jarmusch will evolve from here.
A compositional work on people and places, Night On Earth is relaxing as it is telling about it's inhabitants. My personal favorite is the clown from a foreign land driving a cab in New York. It has all the heart and attention to detail one could ask for and a slow drawling naturalism that becomes poetic.
i admire jim jarmusch cause he always does a great job with all those different actors.and even the hollywood artists suit well in his films.

I you go the cinemas you mightentera different world and emotional experience. To be honest - that's why we're doin' this. Ok,this one is impressing.Because you can feel a kind of reality that you can mirror-in...somehow.Everybody will find himself inthis brilliant movie. One will chose the character and will be left with a new rectangel of perspective and interesting new questions about oneself and reality. Bit more practical rater than these mind naggering dellousins of self in comparison with the 'superheros' of holliwood. Real people and weired situations. Hey, youmy even discover some of your friends in this movie :)))) Have fun!
I could not stop laughing during Roberto Benignis part especially while he was telling the story about his little lamb
Often referred to by my friends as minor Jarmusch, I think it might be his most ambitious work. It may appear unambitious because it takes place in cabs and was written in eight days. Let me know when you go to Helsinki and shoot a film guy. I find every vignette very interesting and eye pleasing.
Ha ha ha ha ha. That's a fucked up name to be namin' your kid! Helmet! See, 'cause in English, a helmet would be like, you know, like something you would wear on your head, you know? You a... a helmet! Ha ha ha! In English, that would be like callin' your kid, uh, "Lampshade" or some shit like that: 'Hey, Lampshade! Come here and clean up your room!' Ha ha ha ha ha!
Me gusta mucho su estilo, su narrativa y las historias Es especial forma de contar el fondo...buenisisma...
This is a night movie, begins with late hours on evening and finishes with the first sunlights of the day and the quote "good morning" . Just wonderful. Actually, Benigni pulls off ...
great conversation-centered movie, looks at some political issues, gives some laughs, and generally interesting slices of life from different taxi drivers around the world.
The scene with Roberto Benigni really cracks me up everytime ! Jarmusch is my favourite all time director and one of the reasons for this is definitely the dialogue in his films.
