After running a motorcycle cop off the road to his death, a well-connected mobster (Robert Ellis) escapes prosecution thanks to a corrupt justice system. Outraged at seeing this creep walk away a free man, the dead cop’s partner (Monte Blue) takes matters into his own hands. This crime drama co-stars Doris Dane as Lila Lee, a witness who intentionally lies on Blake’s behalf, and young Mickey Rooney also plays a small role.
