On the Air Live with Captain Midnight

Searching for a way to pay off his van, Ziggy (Tracy Sebastian) takes some advice from his egghead friend Gargan (Barry Greenberg) and turns his beloved wheels into a pirate radio station, launching a subversive new radio show under the moniker “Captain Midnight.” Unexpectedly, the show becomes a cult sensation, and soon Ziggy and Gargan find themselves in the crosshairs of dogged FCC investigator Agent Pierson (John Ireland).
