Synopsis

A woman (Cybill Shepherd) and an unemployed actor (John Candy) travel to Monte Carlo to deliver a lost dachshund to its owner and collect a $5,000 reward. Enter an assortment of madcap suspects — including a compulsive gambler and an obnoxious American tourist — and jail time begins to look pretty good.
