One Man of the Gambler's Code

Asakichi respects Tokijiro like an older brother. But he is too naive: he is killed while doing business with outlaws. After avenging Asakichi’s death, Tokijiro — according to the gangster code — has to kill Sanzo, whom he barely knews. Respecting Sanzo’s last wish, Tokijiro takes his wife and son, Okinu and Tarokichi, under his wing. On the way to Kutsukake, his hometown, Okinu and Tarokichi disappear. When Tokijiro finds Okinu, she is deathly ill. In order to get money to help her, he has to start gambling again…
