Fleeing an interstellar war, Kainan (James Caviezel) crashes on the shores of Norway during the Iron Age. An extraterrestrial monstrosity called the Moorwen also survives the crash and begins cutting a bloody swath of destruction through the Norwegian countryside. Kainan soon teams up with the Vikings to end the Moorwen’s rampage. Howard McCain directs and co-writes this sci-fi adventure epic; Sophia Myles co-stars.

Beowulf reimagined in the most awesome way. Outlander combines two things that nerds like me have always loved - spacemen and vikings. Not a work of art by any means, but it delivers. Great action flick.
