This was just terrible. I chuckled once at the" two kinds of people..." bit but that's it.The "filth" routine got old real quick. It's unfortunate because I like John Waters.

John Waters conseguiu seu lugar na história do cinema underground com "Pink flamingos". A inacreditável drag queen Divine representa uma bandida-assassina-canibal envolta em uma trama pelo título de 'a mais podre' do mundo. É tanta coisa ruim (atuações, locações, montagem etc) que o filme é inesquecível. Além disso, cenas ontológicas de pura escatologia fazem de "Pink..." uma peça única. Anos 70 no seu pior, viva!

Pretty much impossible to give this film any kind of rating. Technically its abysmal, but regarding my reaction to it, its consideration in time and place, and its sheer dare, it deserves its place and then some. Had a blast watching it, I just don’t know how I could possibly rate it. Assholes singing…genius.
