Synopsis

Born in Lomé (Togo) in 1946. Playwright, poet, actor, director, director, producer, distributor, operator of a cinema; Founder Images elsewhere.

Has Acted alongside the likes of Jean-Luc Godard , Bourvil, Jean Yanne, Jean-Pierre Mocky, Jean-Baptiste Tiémélé, James Campbell , Jacques Perrin , etc.

In 1969 he founded the Theatre Blank, who have performed at major international events. He also directed productions for Africa 1 and Radio France Internationale and has set up a distribution comapany Orisha films, which develop fiction and documentary films in Togo and Benin.

In 1990 he created the first black theater space in Paris “Images of elsewhere”, which aired movies of black culture and beyond. The cinema went into liquidation in 2006 because the owner of the cinema decided not to renew the contract.
