Privates on Parade

John Cleese stars as Major Giles Flack, leader of a British army unit given the least illustrious of missions during World War II: Their job is to provide troops stationed overseas with entertainment. But their audience isn’t in war-torn Poland or in the embattled Philippines; instead, they’re off to the Malay jungle. Nicola Pagett, Dennis Quilley and Patrick Pearson co-star in this bittersweet comedy.
