Five-time champion Arnold Schwarzenegger defends his Mr. Olympia title against Serge Nubret and the shy young deaf Lou Ferrigno, whose father is his coach; the ruthless champ psyches out the young lion. Watching this along with it's (25th anniversary) making of doc "Raw Iron" really gives you a three-dimensional insight into this world and (from the latter) into documentary film making in general.

Una de las primeras aparicioners en pantalla del futuro "astro" cinematografico y racista gobernador de California Arnold Schwarzenegger, en un documental que muestra los entretelones de la edición de 1975 del famoso concurso creado por Joe Weider, "Mr. Olympia". Para asiduos lectores de revistas tipo "Muscle & Fitness" (y uno que otro puñal) este material debe resultar fascinante. Los demás, mejor vean otra cosa.
