Return to the Blue Lagoon

Sequel to The Blue Lagoon, the couple in the first movie are found dead in a tiny boat along with their young son, who is alive and well. The story then follows the childhood and adolescence of the boy and how he is put to sea with an American woman and her daughter of the same age and washed ashore a tropical island. When the girl’s mother eventually dies, the two youngsters are forced to fend for themselves and become romantically involved… —BFI
