Based on Nick Leeson’s memoir, this thriller tells the true story of how one man managed to bring down England’s most respected merchant bank. A bank sends ambitious trader Nick Leeson (Ewan McGregor) to Indonesia to help untangle some problems with bearer bonds. Leeson dreams of making a killing in the stock market, but when his risky wagers don’t pay off, he secretly begins stealing large amounts of money from the bank.
