Şaban, who is clumsy and awkward and who keeps on annoying his commander during his military service, starts playing with his friend Ramazan after completing his military duties. They both fall in love with Nigar, the dancer girl, during playing at the local club. Afterwards, unexpectedly, they catch Esref, the local thug, who cannot be caught by the police chief Husamettin. After that, they are charged as undercover cops by Nazir Pasha. In the meanwhilte, the diamonds of Nazir Pasha’s sister are stolen at Nazir Pasha’s house.
