In the wake of his mother’s death, Tyler Briggs (Michael Vartan) seeks solace on the sandy shores where she spent her childhood and finds love with a beautiful local (Kari Wuhrer). But his respite from grief is cut short when his fugitive father (Marshall Bell) and half-brothers (John Hawkes and Rodney Eastman) show up.
