commedia romantica con zombi
Never realized how beautiful the cinematography was on that film.
I still love the the tagline... "A Romantic Comedy. With Zombies.
A zombie film with just as much excitement and social commentary as "28 Days Later"... oh, and it's also hilarious.
I doubt the trio will ever make something as funny as this one again
[looking through Shaun’s LPs for suitable records to throw at two approaching zombies]
Ed: ‘Purple Rain’?
Shaun: No.
Ed: ‘Sign o’ the Times’?
Shaun: Definitely not.
Ed: The ‘Batman’ soundtrack?
Shaun: Throw it.
Ed: ‘Dire Straits’?
Shaun: Throw it.
Ed: Ooh, ‘Stone Roses’.
Shaun: Um, No.
Ed: ‘Second Coming’.
Shaun: I like it!
Ed: Ahhh! ‘Sade’.
Shaun: Yeah, but that’s Liz’s!
Ed: Yeah, but she did dump you.
Shaun: Oh!
misses something, it is somewhat silly while it should be funny
is really funny and enjoyable, but at the end gets dramatic and spoils everything.
Best zom-com of all time, cult classic
I love Edgar Wright films and this is one of my favorites.
Brilliant, but it gets a bit incoherent once they get penned in. On the whole I prefer Hot Fuzz.
ha...brilliant film. One of my top 10.
Very good indeed, but not as great as i was expecting considering all the good things i heard about it. I think Hot Fuzz it's a better film. Still, very good.
Appeared silly. Maybe I expected something a little bit brilliant (on the wave of Romero's Survival of the dead, surely funnier), so i couldn't have finished watching it.
British cinema at it's best. This film is exactly how spoofs should be done, they should not be done in Epic Movie style. This spoof is up there with Airplane!, it's just that good.
Great, darkly hilarious movie. The acting was there, the growing love for the charecters. Great film.
Par vrhunskih varova ... neloša komedija ...
THIS IS HILARIOUS "WHO MADE YOU FUCKING KING OF THE ZOMBIES" LOOOL
Seriously one of the best comedy films ever made :)
A man trying to get his life back together while fighting off hordes of the undead? Awesome!
Edgar Wright is one of the few people to understand that the best parodies work as legitimate versions of their targeted genres, and he not only makes a working zombie film to go with his spoof but one that's as socially probing as the best of the genre. Mercilessly tears down the slacker glorification of Spaced even as it offers more of that show's insight into same.
OK. After this don't even mention "zombie" to me! I'm not kidding!
no matter how deep or wild or whatever you'd like to call it my movie taste will ever get, this will remain firmly one of my favorite movies ever for reasons i will never be able to understand
Everybody who liked this movie HAS to see the series Spaced which includes a great part of the cast of Shaun of the Dead. It's really hilarious!
