the rape is totally fucked up, it didn't have a place in this specific story but it was totally in jamie's character.

the treatment of rape is pretty fucked up. Nola is a cool character, Lee steps all over her with all that and calling it "near rape" and having her go back to Jamie. Would have loved this film otherwise...

4 a monologue 2 camera character based film this is one of the best and the music is very memorable in the colour film shot scene and what great names nola darling and opal gilstrap ha ha
