Some Girl

Several Angelenos grapple with one-sided romances and heartache in this quirky indie yarn spun by director Rory Kelly. As vulnerable Claire (Marissa Ribisi) pursues would-be actor and world-class heel Chad (Jeremy Sisto), her friend April (Juliette Lewis) two-times her bartender beau (Michael Rapaport). Meanwhile, Claire’s brother (Giovanni Ribisi, Marissa’s real-life sibling) carries a torch for a frosty older woman (Pamela Segall Adlon).
