Salem Kapsaski is a stage and film director, screenwriter and playwright.
Salem studied Directing at the New York Film School and Sound Engineering at the City of Westminster College. He has directed several short films and numerous Theatre plays. His first short he directed at age 13 a horror film entitled ”My Head Hurts” which won an award at the Sci-Fi and Horror Festival in Stuttgart.
In 2009 worked on set as a production assistant on Dario Argento’s Giallo. Previous Directorial works in theatre include staging “That Abortion Play” by controversial playwright Greg Moulder. It received very positive reviews from Critics in Greece and had nightly sold out performances.
He has acted in Theatre portraying Ian Brady in an adaptation of Fassbinder’s “Pre Paradise Sorry Now” and as the young Adolf Hitler in “The Traces of History”.
