The story itself is very strong. One feels a lot for the two main characters. I felt that however, it did not explore the story completely. At times the delving is rather shallow. That said most of the performances are good. Swinton, as always is perfect.

this is a (imo) a hard movie to watch, specifically the flashbacks...sometimes i think real life is more difficult to swallow when compared to the ridiculousness of horror/slasher cinema.
