Predatory sadomasochist Capt. Howdy (Dee Snider) scours Internet chat rooms for vulnerable teenage girls to lure them to his torture chamber. He succeeds with Genevieve (Linda Cardellini), the daughter of veteran cop Mike Gage (Kevin Gage), and Mike must track them down before it’s too late. When the police find Howdy and send him off to an asylum, they assume that his reign of terror is over. But the nightmare for Mike and Genevieve has just begun.
