Ryder Hart (Peter Weller) is a tough private eye investigating his wife’s brutal murder, which turns out to be part of a trail of grisly killings. He teams up with a sexy woman hiding a mysterious past, and together they discover that her boss is a sadistic killer involved in a deadly moneymaking scheme south of the border.
