What a generous teacher these guys got, they'd barely be The D Team if they took my class.
The fun part of this one is that the enemy is Black -water- Forest. The sequel should be called "A vs. Z" Get it?!! --PolarisDiB
Balls to the wall action! That's what I paid for and that's what I got. Nuff said!
If you're entertained by explosions, absurd stunts and Liam Neeson's noble attempts at an American accent, this is the film for you. There are few people over the age of twelve who would call this art, but it's still a fun ride at times.
Nothing entirely bad about it, but it's pretty forgettable. The action sequences are okay in a ludicrous way, but nothing that will blow your mind with (pun non-intended). The four main cast members do decent jobs, while Jessica Alba just comes across as being the token hot chick and just pointless. Patrick Wilson is also wasted in this film. The jokes are also a bit forced and resulting to be cringe-worthy.
Sharlto Copley, and the whole movie basically, wasn't as good as I (highly) expected. But I wouldn't lie that it wasn't a whole lot of fun. Patrick Wilson's Lynch also made me re-watched it. In fact, the villains was the best part of this movie, I badly wanted them to win. And hey, if they did, it wouldn't be an A-Team movie, would it? :D
Much more enjoyable than I feared it would be, and despite its somewhat puerile attitude towards women, a lot less right-wing reactionary than some of the other militaristic action movies out there.
An extremely passable action movie, with such awesome chemistry between all four main characters. From the trailer, it seemed like it would be yet another mindless action movie, and it was, but despite almost no creativity in the story, Liam Neeson and Sharlto Copley make this movie. Even though I rolled my eyes at the flying tank scene in the trailer, that is pretty much the point that sold the movie for me.
mindless silly fun, i didnt mind it. it needed the military terrific music of the original tv series all the way through, i thought Liam Neeson and the guy playing murdock made the movie passable as well as some of the action scenes. granted you have to be a fan of popcorn action movies. i reccommend this and mission impossible 1 and maverick for tv to movies and of course star trek.
The best part of this movie, was the chemistry between the 4 main characters. I would watch a tv show with them.
Pure, mindless, silly fun. Which is what it was always meant to be. Still lacks most of the series' charm and the explosions often get too ridiculous, but Neeson, Copley and Wilson make it worthwhile.
Mindless fun in abundance, some funny lines and some very outrageous moments... Neeson makes a great Hannibal, Cooper a brilliant Faceman, and Copley a insanely entertaining Murdock... But the surprise performance comes from Wilson as the bad guy... For a few moments I felt a teenager again, and that is not always a bad thing.
ridiculous, insane and the most fun i've had watching an action movie in a long while. the charisma, punchlines and crazy action concepts make this movie incredibly well paced and hardly ever gives you time to catch your breath... and plus... who the hell wouldnt want to fly a tank?! i had doubted this movie, but it was a lot better than i had expected it to be, it deserves the praise it gets in my opinion
