L'unica cosa memorabile di questo film, è la splendida colonna sonora di Arvo Part. Per il resto, abbastanza piatto e senza particolari evoluzioni. Elena l'ho trovato leggermente migliore. The only memorable thing about this film is the wonderful soundtrack of Arvo Part. For the rest, fairly flat and without any particular evolutions. Elena found it slightly better.

Although the nods to Tarkovsky and the beautiful locations were appreciated, they weren't enough to keep one engaged. Kaplanoğlu's trilogy succeeds where Zvyagintsev's films seem to fail.

Quite disappointing, not very memorable and not even as interesting as the marvelous The Return. Even though, it has a beautiful cinematography.

I saw it some time ago, though I remember being disappointed, especially after The Return, which I found great. Yes, there's great cinematography and a great deal of Tarkovski references, but this time it didn't work for me. It missed the omnipresent atmosphere of the Mystery which is all over The Return. Anyway, what he's coming up with next?

great cinematogrophy, the visuals are perfect, a real work was made here. Nevertheless, the movie has dead times, i was not into it all the time. 4 stars
