The Barefoot Executive

Upon learning that his girlfriend’s pet chimp has the uncanny ability to predict the success of television shows, Steven Post (Kurt Russell), a mailroom clerk working at a TV network, passes the ape’s talent off as his own in order to wangle a promotion. Other network executives, threatened by this young up-and-comer and suspicious of his tactics, begin a relentless campaign to try to expose Steven as a fraud — with hilarious results.
