The Bathers

With a sleazy Parisian peep show as the backdrop, this provocative French tale follows the show’s six working girls and their nervous boss, Nico (Grégory Fitoussi), as an obsessive patron named Lebel (Jean-Pierre Kalfon) enters the picture. It seems that recent parolee Lebel spent 20 years behind bars for offing his wife, and now he’s fixated on one of Nico’s ladies (Ann-Gisel Glass) — who’s a dead ringer for Lebel’s dead spouse.
