great politically concious short film , heavily influenced by Kenneth anger.

... I've flown around the world in a plane, I've settled revolutions in Spain, and the North Pole I have charted, still I can't get started with you... Great song choice and great idea for an allegory.

Self mutilation as a metaphor for self destructing involvement of America in Vietnam war... Terrific short by Scorsese.

After seeing this I can't help but wonder - what happened to Scorsese that he's making films now such as Departed or Shutter Island... love the credits in this one too :)
