Synopsis
Consisting of 10 episodes, this animated, online series from screenwriter Cheo Hodari Coker follows rapper Shane McDaniel (voiced by Mos Def), who cuts a deal with Old Scratch in exchange for fame and fortune. Shane awakens to the dangers of gangsta rap after narrowly escaping death — but the devil intervenes when the hip-hopper tries to turn over a new leaf. To regain control of his music and his life, Shane must battle evil forces.
