A very slick and dense movie about a kidnapping and the downward spiral the situation takes from there. As you would expect, the best laid plans go wrong and the movie playfully toys around with all sorts of twists which keep taking the characters and story in different directions, altering their relations to each other, the possible outcome as well as the overall theme. The fact that the whole movie (most of it) takes place in two rooms and with three actors makes it very engaging and minimalistic , like a play. The actors are all great in masking their true intentions and you can never tell what is going behind those eyes, as I have never anticipated any of the numerous twists. The movie would have earned a straight five or four and a half if it was not for the unpolished and dragged ending which keeps taking another breath although it has been out of air a long time ago, a young filmmaker’s curse.
All in all, a great movie which should not be missed !
