Synopsis

This film was made to raise public awareness about a group of volunteer physicians who worked in isolated areas in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania), getting around by plane. It was created based on a rather traditional structure, with direct footage in various hospitals, scenes of daily life and aerial footage. —Thessaloniki International Film Festival

The scene involving the steps and the closing moments involving visual recognition are some of the most powerful I've ever seen. If you can get your hands on this, check it out.

Good documentary showing how our best intentions are often useless if we don't try to understand the culture we want to help. And I liked a lot the courageous Masaï warriors who don't dare to walk up a few stairs to enter the doctor's trailer.
