Drahomíra Vihanová

The director was born in 1930 in the Moravian Krumlov. She studied musicology and aesthetics at the Philosophical Faculty of the University of JEPurkyně in Brno and at the piano at the Brno Conservatory (1955). She worked in radio and later as an external screenwriter and assistant director in the music broadcast CST. Then she studied directing and editing at FAMU, and graduated in 1964 with the film Fuga on the black keys, which tells the story of Negro students in Prague.
