After a catastrophe in her personal life, a forty year old woman is trying to find her own place in life, not to give in to the pressure of unfavourable circumstances. It’s a period in her life that could be qualified as life on the verge of a breakdown. Her life is like a mirror of post-Soviet society. Director

Kristijonas Vildžiūnas

Before becoming a film director Kristijonas Vildžiūnas (g. 1970) was performing with the famous rock band Šiaurės kryptis. In 1996 he graduated from Lithuanian Academy of Music, where studied film directing. His full-legth feature films You am I and The Lease have been recognized as the best their time feature films arround Baltic countries in film festival Arsenals (Latvia). From 1995 he finished three short and thee full-length feature films: The Days are left (1995), Library (1997), 9 Gates City (1999), The Lease (2002), You am I (2006), Back To Your Arms (2010). —16th Vilnius International Film Festival
