No.26 - An interesting story, Edward Norton is excellent as the menacing husband.
Curran attacks the film with the size and similarly moving majesty of a ballroom. On its surface, cliché, but underneath and within, a hundred voices whispering in each others ears forming culture, bad partners, shifts in style, and only the appearance of conformity.
Why arguing with your wife?
If you are looking an answer to this question, I think this movie can give a view.
Very delicate movie, wonderful scenario and a famous book to start with.
Are you looking for more to spend a relaxing night with your partner?
Ed Norton and Naomi Watts excel. I picked this one up on a whim, It's stayed with me long after.
Christ, why can't Americans ever pull off a British accent?
Exceeded hopes I had. The three stars go toward a seven something on ten. Leads were pretty good and the inner struggle I seem to have caught in the story. Growing after mistakes.
Watts and Norton were superb - the subtlety of their acting took this film to another level.
