Charming little time travel sci-fi adventure. Even though it's little more than a fish out of water tale, it gets everything right character-wise. One of the few true surprises in the time travel sub genre.

Generally entertaining sci-fi thriller wants very much to be a Spielberg-esque blockbuster, but never quite makes it. It's a decent enough story, with a likable cast and some cool vintage special effects. But it just never quite distinguishes itself as anything all that special. Watchable, but not all that memorable.
