Synopsis

Actor Bob Hoskins goes behind the camera to direct this unique film, which he also co-wrote, about finding oneself in a mad and dangerous world. A World War II deserter (Dexter Fletcher) walks off the battlefield by hurting another soldier and, dressed as a girl, hides out among gypsies to bide his time. His companions think he’s a sage with a gift for seeing the future, but he’s simply a lost soul who unfortunately falls for one of the women.
