The story of a travelling circus which visits a village in which the inhabitants, who have been hit by poverty, would rather have food to feed themselves than circus magic and tricks. Then the troupe perform a trick which involves distributing rice throughout the village and everyone is excited and curious as to how this has been achieved. One young boy is determined to find out. —BFI
