Thomas and the Magic Railroad
2000
85 Min
The big-screen adaptation of PBS’s “Shining Time Station” hauls in some high-wattage star power. Alec Baldwin plays the diminutive Mr. Conductor, who must find more gold dust or risk never getting to Thomas’ island again. Meanwhile, Thomas the steam engine and company must race against a pack of tough diesel engines to protect the island. Can Thomas make it in time … without Mr. Conductor?
The only reason I ever saw this was because I was forced to see it with my little cousins and I had to watch them when my aunt and uncle went out to dinner. The pay was good in the end, but even then...I almost killed myself for watching this piece of junk...this piece of garbage. How do kids watch this crap? It boggles my mind!
