Oh my god. This is a crime against cinema. Could have been an important exploration of difficult themes, but ends up being extremely silly. Like Øyvind Rype writes: "A bit more subtle approach to the theme would've done the trick."

Great potential with good actors, that ends up almost comical with a father spiraling down a clichéd path. Many real-life grievers of course fall into a similar pattern of drinking, fucking whores, looking for trouble and sending their kids to a juvenile, but it doesn''t make a good film. A bit more subtle approach to the theme would've done the trick.
