Érik Bullot was born in 1963. After studying at the National School of Photography (Arles)
and IDHEC (Paris), he makes films that are a mixture of art films, experimental films, and documentaries. His filmography includes more than twenty titles, including The Chinese Garden (1999), The Monkey Light (2002), Glossolalia (2005), Three Sides (2007), Tohu-Bohu (2008), The Pencil of Nature (2009), The Alliance (2010). His work has been featured in numerous festivals and museums, including the Jeu de Paume (Paris), Centre Georges Pompidou (Paris), the Biennial of Moving Image (Geneva), CCCB (Barcelona), ECOMICI 08 (Barcelona), La Enana Marrón (Madrid).
