When a teenage girl named Winnie (Alexis Bledel) gets lost in the woods and meets Jesse Tuck (Jonathan Jackson) near a magic spring, she befriends his family (Sissy Spacek, William Hurt and Scott Bairstow) and learns why they need to keep their lives a secret from the rest of the world. Amy Irving and Ben Kingsley co-star in this dreamy film about enchanted waters that breed everlasting life, based on Natalie Babbitt’s novel.
