I really loved Shyamalan’s interpretation of superheroes. Subtle in it execution and just plain fun in its revelations. Anyone who is a comic book fan really ought to at least appreciate the film if not love it. The long single take move with Ms. Penn being brought from downstairs to the upstairs is heartbreakingly tender. At the end of the day it does lack a little bit in terms of soul but very entertaining across the board.
